Rules of Use
Accommodation
- Guests must present a personal ID to check in. Check-in takes place after 15:00. Check-out is until 12:00. Earlier check-in and later check-out is possible, only upon prior request and upon availability.
- “Villa Lyutovi” Guest House is provided for the complete use of the guests and the staff is not responsible for personal losses and/or injuries during their stay.
- Pay. The nights according to the reservations are paid in advance by bank transfer, and after the amount is received the reservation is accepted. No accommodation is allowed in the house if the reservation amount is not paid.
- Maximum number of guests in the house – 11 persons over 18 years (5 bedrooms for 2 persons with possibility for a 3rd bed in 1 of them).
- Opening hours: self-service from 0:00 to 24:00.
Ways of booking
- Reservation on site .
- Booking by phone or email listed on the website.
- Reservation through a travel website.
- Reservation by payment of deposit by bank transfer.
Cancellation of a reservation
Cancellation for individual tourists renting separate rooms – if the cancellation is made up to 10 days before the arrival date the tourist does not owe a penalty. If this period is not respected, a penalty of the deposit is due.
Cancellation for groups of tourists who have rented the whole house – if cancellation is made up to 30 days before the arrival date tourists do not owe a penalty. If this period is not respected, a penalty of the deposit is due.
Reservation, cancellation and cancellation during holidays – All national holidays, Christmas, New Year:
The reservation is deemed confirmed upon payment of a deposit of 50% or more of the amount due.
Cancellation – if cancellation is made up to 45 days before the arrival date no penalty is payable. If this period is not respected, a penalty of the deposit is due.
Other cancellation periods may be included in special offers. They must be explicitly described in the specific offer.
Internal order
- When checking in at Villa Lyutovi Guesthouse , the staff will familiarize guests with the facilities and amenities on offer.
- Smoking in all indoor areas of the guest house and the RELAX ZONE is absolutely prohibited. Smoking in the complex is only allowed in designated and signposted areas.
- It is absolutely forbidden to wear shoes in the guest house and the RELAX ZONE. Men’s and women’s slippers are provided.
- It is absolutely forbidden to use the RELAX ZONE by children under 14 years of age, without an accompanying adult.
- When leaving the property, guests are obliged to leave it in the same condition as when they checked in.
- In case of damage due to improper use of the equipment, as well as missing or broken items/appliances, you are obliged to notify the staff immediately. In these cases, it is the policy of Villa Lyutovi Guest House to recover the damages from the causer.
- Pets with established hygiene habits are allowed on the territory of “Villa Lyutovi” Guest House.
- Visitors may be asked to deposit 50% of the booking amount upon check-in. Once the condition of the villa has been ascertained upon departure, the deposit will be refunded.
- Guests staying in the guest house must not cause discomfort to the residents living next door. It is forbidden to listen to loud music , use pyrotechnics after 23.00/ cf. The requirements of Regulation 6 on environmental noise indicators – 2006/
- Upon check-in, guests accept and agree to the terms and conditions of use of the guest house, according to the “Internal Rules and Regulations of “Villa Lyutovi” Guest House, published on the website.
